Our Father, thank you for this opportunity to visit a very special realm and witness firsthand the glory and wonder of your magnificent works. Grant us safe passage through this awesome place, remembering that you are the God of the Universe, and you bless us daily. Let us always be mindful of the beauty of your creation, realizing that it is a gift, a treasure with which we should take great care. Heavenly Father, thank you for your grace and compassion. As we return to the surface and re-enter the world above, let us be renewed in spirit and baptized afresh, so that the light of your love may be seen through us. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen |

Prayer Requests: Please remember our soldiers as they continue to faithfully fight for their country and freedom throughout the world. Ask God to keep them safe and return them to their families, friends and country, as well as help them grow closer to Christ. Charles and Alice Machacek: Eighty-six year old Charles was recently diagnosed as having a brain tumor and has been given "a few weeks", and his wife Alice has Alzheimers. Charles is currently in the hospital and Alice is being placed in a care facility. Their son, Mack, has asked that this couple and their family be lifted up during the weeks ahead. Already, God has showed His mercy and compassion as the family rallies around these two extraordinary people. We pray that He will continue to make His presence known with strength, courage, compassion, comfort, and mercy. Please keep CDOT member "Jeff" in your prayers. His marriage is in turmoil and, as is the case in many instances, the pain is magnified during the holiday season. Jeff reports that his wife has drifted away from Christ and has begun a life that includes parties and bars. Please pray for healing in this marriage and that Christ will make himself known to them both in a way that will bring their hearts together in the Lord.
